AI-Rehab VR (WESAL)
VR biofeedback rehabilitation.
The problem it solved
Clinics needed real-time, recordable VR rehabilitation with live biometric feedback across multiple headsets at once.
Similar problems it can solve
Any real-time, multi-device monitoring system: medical-device software, hardware/network telemetry, live dashboards.
A clinical desktop platform for VR-based patient rehabilitation with real-time biofeedback: a three-tier architecture, a TCP server streaming simultaneous video from multiple VR headsets, and ~25 custom WPF controls for live monitoring of heart rate, stress and biometrics.

- ~25 custom WPF real-time monitoring controls
- Session recording, reporting & scientific charting
Overview
AI-Rehab VR (WESAL) is a clinical desktop system for VR-based patient rehabilitation with real-time biofeedback. A therapist drives sessions from a WPF console while multiple VR headsets stream video and biometric signals back over the network.
Engineering
A three-tier architecture with a TCP server (custom binary protocol) receiving simultaneous streams from multiple headsets, ~25 custom WPF controls for real-time monitoring of heart rate, stress and biometrics, plus session recording and reporting.
